- Shareable clips — choose up to 90 seconds to send privately, share socially, submit as a testimonial, or attach to private support feedback.
- 25 hours of family-uploaded video — purchased Life Stories and Time Capsules never count against it.
- Time Capsules available separately — create sealed messages that open on a future date or milestone for an additional charge.
Your first year is included with the family’s first Life Story. After that, the full Family Space is $199 per year for the household.
- Two Family Organizers — the Subscription Owner plus one trusted organizer; only the owner controls billing.

- Unlimited child profiles and view-only guests — the family can grow without surprise seat charges.
- A 30-day contributor trial for invitees — then permanent free viewing if the family does not renew.
Purchased Life Stories and Time Capsules stay available. Family-uploaded video has a continuing hosting cost; after membership ends, it receives a 12-month renewal grace period before it may be queued for deletion.
There are no automatic overage bills. We warn you at 80% and pause new uploads at your chosen limit while existing videos keep playing.
